Our Tradition at Sattler Homes & Remodeling

In 1950, Julius Sattler and his son Al started building homes with the belief that quality and craftsmanship must never be compromised. This pride and dedication has led many families to realize their dream of owning a Sattler home. Today Sattler Homes & Remodeling is known for our integrity and honesty throughout the community. Al’s children, Mike, Julie and Joe, are the third generation to carry on this tradition by offering the same high standards of quality, design, and customer service.

Al and his sons, Mike and Joe Sattler, are leaders in the community. Al and Mike have served as the President of the local home builders association. Joe has served as chairman of the local Remodeler’s Council. Mike has also served as President at the state level and on the national Board of Directors. Al and Mike have been inducted into the homebuilder’s Hall of Fame.

Since 1950, homebuilding has evolved into a cooperative effort between the homeowner and the builder. At Sattler Homes & Remodeling, we specialize in custom home building and remodeling, offering the home buyer the opportunity to participate in the development of their new home. From the initial design of your home to the final walk-through, Sattler Homes & Remodeling will be there with a “tradition of excellence” from three generations of home builders.

Our designs have always remained unique and innovative while blending in with the traditional Midwest. We are one of the first builders in the area to provide 2 X 6 frame construction to maximize energy savings. SATTLER HOMES & REMODELING continually brings new ideas and trends into the area.
